Large-Scale Brewing & Packaging Capabilities
Our award-winning brewery features a 66-barrel brewhouse and an 11-barrel pilot brewhouse available for recipe refinement before full-scale production when needed. With nearly 5,000 barrels of combined fermenter capacity, Canopolis is currently capable of producing between 80,000-100,000 barrels annually, depending on the mix between ales & lagers, with an infrastructure designed to scale beyond 150,000 barrels per year.
Packaging capabilities include high-speed canning for 12oz, 16oz, and 19.2oz cans, carton and PakTech configurations (single-SKU and variety packs), kegging, short-term cold storage, and distribution-ready handling.
A full-time, in-house quality lab supports every stage of production, including sensory evaluation, dissolved oxygen and CO₂ testing, yeast management, microbial analysis, ABV verification, seam inspection, and shelf-stability assurance.
From flexible production scheduling and raw material sourcing to packaging execution, Canopolis works with partners to create efficient, scalable production arrangements—without the capital investment required to own and operate a physical plant or maintain production staff.
Except for initial pilot batches, our minimum batch size is 60 barrels. While early-stage or startup brands are encouraged to submit the inquiry form, preference is generally given to large, long-term production commitments and established, licensed breweries and beverage businesses seeking to scale, transition or outsource production.
